I am a fountain, You are my water. I flow from You to You.
I am an eye, You are my light, I look from You to You.
You are neither my right nor my left.
You are my foot and my arm as well.
I am a traveler, You are my road.
I go from You to You.
– Zeynep Hatun (15th Century)

Tomorrow at last the road points to the ashram where I met my Teacher 4 years ago. It's where I fell in love with Ayurveda and with him as a guide into its great depths and where I realized that my life would change
until the road to studying with him in New Mexico could one day lay open before me. Every year I look to this week spent with him as a map for that journey.
This short video of my Teacher is part of a longer documentary being released this coming fall and was filmed at the ashram during last summer's retreat. He speaks here of samskaras - grooves/habits/impressions formed on the mind by experience.
