After a week meditating in the far Welsh countryside, this sounds like an intriguing routine to undertake... I admit to having never heard about it. LoVE the pot - and it's colour though!
love my neti pot (I nag the whole office to use one and take Culturelle probiotics--they are quite sick of it). The little bird is so charming!
Ok...that's it...I'm going to the site and purchasing one of these. I have been wanting one and would have just gone to the health food store and bought of the the generic ones. It's a good thing I waited. See...there is always a reason. I do something like this without the pot. Just suck water up my nostrils then blow out but the pot is much better. Suz...give it a try!!!

Ever since you introduced me to Nasya oil, my life has changed. For the first time eva, I made it through the seasonal hayfever/allergy season without an asthma attack!!!!
