You Are What You Eat
Woah. This kind of movie is scarier to me than Psycho. I've been working on designing a simple brochure for an upcoming film festival my company is sponsoring, and watching the trailers has certainly increased my appetite for all things local and organic. In the next couple of weeks I'll be posting many of the trailers at the work blog, and will let you know when that happens so you can sneak over and have a look.

I am checking my calendar! And I sent a link to two of my daughters who are up to their eyeballs in this stuff.
Thanks, m., for the info!
Wow.
Many have been saying this for decades..even centuries...
but I truly believe it is
follow the money
right up to our politicians and academics who receive funding and grants and contributions
from big big drug pushing companies
and Doctor's who would rather shove you another pill then to ask how you are living or eating
to the patient who does not want to do the work
of living well
But...organic is it now the new "company"
how can we be sure we are not being scammed there?
I love this topic
I Eat simply and try to be as local as I can
nothing processed..if it comes out of a box..no
But food companies can't package
non processed food
Can't wait for more!
Interesting focus for this festival. I agree abt food, but very hard to buy just local and organic in the winter at least. Since I rarely go to doctors, I am therefore not on any prescriptive meds. Homeopathy and herbs are wht I favor, and to have a medicinal herb garden one of my side goals.
wow.
