A gray rain's been falling steadily all afternoon (hello, Hurricane Bill), but I have lots of windows to shoot from, and cream-colored, lacy hydrangeas (my favorite flowery subject) planted just beyond their frames.
I also have an inexpensive telephoto macro that sometimes surprises me. No fiddling with these photos required.

Beautiful! So serene ....
Thank you for your kind wishes Melanie!
Beautiful! I especially love the darkness of the second one.
Beautiful flowers and beautiful photographs!
Thank you for stopping by my blog and commenting. I actually thought of you when I took the morning glory wall photographs. I can't capture their beauty with my point-and-shoot, and I'd love to have some lush photographs to remember them by, come winter.
Perhaps if you're in Northampton some morning soon, you could try a pic or two. I'll trade you for all the tomatoes you can harvest :-)
Love hydrangeas.
Hi Ina!
I'd love to shoot your morning glories for you! It's possible I'll be in Noho on Friday and I'll email you later in the week when I know for sure. It would be really fun to meet you and see your garden in person.
